The intent of the Deliberations blog is to discuss a variety of eclectic and pertinent topics to stimulate your thinking.   I hope that, after reading any posting, your view of the world will be a little different, you will have learned something, and you’ll feel that it was time well spent reading it.

It’s NOT the usual meaningless noise.   The Deliberations blog discusses significant items from the news, as well as investment, finance, and related political topics of interest.   Any posting may discuss the stock market, investments, sports, politics, small business, aviation, travel, photography or other topics - whatever is on my mind that day.

Deliberations raises issues that might not be making the front page of the newspapers and magazines…that might not make the television newscasts.   My intent is to provide a slightly different view of the world, to stimulate thinking and further discussion about the topics that covered – to learn a little more, to be exposed to different viewpoints, to help create change!

The entire purpose of Deliberations is not to convince anyone one way or another about any particular position - rather to stimulate thinking and dialogue.   I simply am trying to bring myself and all our readers to a higher state of awareness.

We want to address those questions that you wished that the media had asked … but didn’t.   We want to deliberate those unasked questions.
